The details you give us to plan and deliver a trip: name, contact details, travel dates, number and names of travellers, and — where a trip requires it — passport, certification, dietary or relevant medical information.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To book and operate your trip with the relevant hotels, boats, guides and authorities.
- To meet legal, visa and safety requirements.
- With your consent, to send you occasional offers you can opt out of at any time.
4. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the suppliers who deliver your trip (hotels, dive centres, transport, cruise lines, and — for pilgrimage — the relevant official platforms), and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.
